My Leader, My Effigy…..!

If i hit the definition of a political leader in brief…… A political leader or a politician can be anyone who has taken up the responsibility of governing a tribe, city, state, region or even an entire nation…….

But what i smell out from the above highlighted part is quiet fishy. Because a political leader obviously takes the responsibility of governing the people of a particular area or a region, but how he governs no one knows. A political leader should not have the political mindset nor should be a political diplomat but a realistic and an effigy to the every single citizen. Political leader is the set of two words, one among which is political and other one is leader. The word  leader itself depicts a lot. Leader must have its own qualities, so called leadership qualities. But sadly, very few live up to the leadership ideals. In fact many political leaders seem to severely lack some most important leadership qualities, such as integrity, fairness and above all accountability. A political leader must serve as an example of integrity and loyalty. He should be willing to listen to the needs of the common people and to respect them faithfully. He should stand up and say what must or needs to be said rather than just telling the general public what to be said…???
A good political leader wins support by his own dynamic stalwart but not by commercialising himself. Political leader should not be known by the campings he does rather by his time given to the common people at difficult times……

Manipulate and Persuasion are not the two words as far as political view is concern but an ammunition of a leader to ATTACK the people. However these two powerful weapons differentiate between a good and a successful leader…… Because successful leader never manipulates but tries to use persuasion first.

“We often say ‘IMPOSSIBLE’ doesn’t exist in my Dictionary. Similarly we should have a political leader , who would say ‘OPPOSITION’ doesn’t exist in my dictionary”.
